Made-to-measure financing

Our investment terms

Initial financing of up to 500,000 EUR. High-Tech Gründerfonds will acquire a 15% nominal share of the company and will make available a subordinated convertible loan.

High-Tech Gründerfonds will also reserve a further 1,5 million EUR for follow-on financing.
The loan will have a term of 7 years.

Interest (currently 10%) on the subordinated loan will be deferred for 4 years to preserve your company’s liquidity.

Your own contribution to the financing must be 20% (10% in the former East German states, including Berlin) of the amount of our investment. Half of this amount can be provided by investors (business angels, regional seed funds, public and private investors).

Business angels, seed funds and other investors are invited, as side investors, to provide additional capital to the financing.

In the event of a higher capital requirement, we would be happy to discuss demand-driven solutions with you. Higher levels of financing can be achieved by involving funding subsidies and/or other investors. If private investors are prepared to invest more than High-Tech Gründerfonds, then we would be prepared, in certain circumstances, to subscribe to the investment terms of these investors.
