Overview of the services on offer

Define yourself the nature of the consultant you require and draw up a coaching contract with the respective coach correspondingly. Take advantage of the conditions and rates that we have agreed upon with our accredited coaches:

During the acquisition phase your coach will provide valuable assistance in presenting your technological business concept, as well as throughout the investment process.

They can provide assistance in preparing documentation, during the Due Diligence process right up until an investment contract has been concluded between yourself and the High-Tech Gründerfonds.

Your maximum investment for this service is 10,000 Euro (plus VAT and travel costs).

Once your investment has been agreed upon, your coach can also provide assistance, on request, until follow-on financing has been obtained or until the enterprise is self-financing from cash flow.

The consultant phase can, for instance,  include assistance with operational and strategic matters, the establishment of relevant networks, help with acquisition of further financing, and advice  on any necessary adjustments should business models change.

Your investment in the consultancy phase depends on the extent of the services provided. The maximum fee is 30,000 Euro (plus VAT and travel costs).
