Fee structure

Negotiate your fee freely with your start-up companies within certain regulations.
Your investment in the company  in form of a side investment is highly appreciated.

Acquisition phase (from the initial business idea to investment by High-Tech Gründerfonds)

• Day rate: max. 1,000 EUR
• Bonus: a one-off payment of 2,000 EUR on completion of the investment
• Total fee: max. 10,000 EUR incl. bonus

Consultancy phase (from investment to conclusion of the seed phase)

• Day rate: max. 1,000 EUR
• Total fee: max. 30,000 EUR
